Support, privacy, data-deletion, security, billing, and legal inquiries may be sent to shield.snapreport@gmail.com.
Organization access
SnapReport is a business service. Access is provided through a Customer organization. A company owner or administrator controls invitations, company codes, PINs, roles, and user access.
If you need access, contact your company administrator first. SnapReport may need the Customer owner or administrator to approve account or role changes.
Locked or forgotten access
When a company code or PIN does not work:
- confirm the company code and PIN with your company administrator;
- verify that the user or PIN is still active;
- avoid repeated attempts that may trigger a temporary security lock; and
- contact shield.snapreport@gmail.com if the company administrator cannot resolve the problem.
Do not send passwords or PINs by email.
iPhone permissions
SnapReport may require Camera, Photos, Precise Location, and—when active-shift tracking is enabled—Always or background location access. Permissions can be reviewed in iPhone Settings under SnapReport.
Disabling a permission may prevent the related function from working. The Customer is responsible for deciding whether shift tracking is used and for providing all legally required workplace notice and consent.
Location accuracy or report submission problems
Move to an area with a clearer view of the sky, confirm Precise Location is enabled, disable Low Power Mode temporarily when appropriate, wait for a stronger GPS reading, and retry. Buildings, garages, device settings, weak connectivity, or operating-system behavior can reduce accuracy.
If a report still cannot submit, preserve the report details and contact support with the Customer name, app version, approximate time, device model, and visible error message. Do not include passwords, PINs, or unnecessary personal data.
Privacy and deletion requests
Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion may be sent to shield.snapreport@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the Customer and account and to verify authority. See Account and Data Deletion and the Privacy Policy.
Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, cross-company data exposure, or other security concerns immediately to shield.snapreport@gmail.com. Include the affected Customer and a factual description, but do not email passwords or PINs.
Service commitment
Support is provided by email. SnapReport does not promise a particular response time, resolution time, uptime percentage, or service-level agreement unless a separate signed Order expressly provides one.
