SnapReport Pricing and Billing Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
This Pricing and Billing Policy applies to standard SnapReport subscriptions purchased by business organizations. It supplements the SnapReport Terms of Service. A signed quote, invoice, or Order may contain different pricing or terms and will control where it expressly conflicts with this Policy.
All prices below are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
1. Standard monthly plans

Standard plans are billed monthly in advance and renew monthly until canceled.
2. Included core service
Each standard paid plan includes access to the core SnapReport service available for that plan at the time of use, which may include:
- the SnapReport field application;
- the company dashboard;
- report creation and history;
- photo capture and upload;
- precise report-location capture;
- active-shift location tracking where enabled and permitted;
- shift chat and operational communications;
- company roles and permissions;
- report delivery or export features; and
- standard email support.
SnapReport may improve, replace, modify, or discontinue features as permitted by the Terms. Custom integrations, custom forms, migrations, dedicated support, enhanced storage, or specialized onboarding may require an Enterprise Order or separate fee.
3. Driver Seats
A Driver Seat is an enabled field-user account that may sign in to or use SnapReport’s driver functions.
- Disabled and archived driver accounts do not count toward plan limits until re-enabled.
- A Customer may reassign a Driver Seat when personnel change.
- A Driver Seat may not be shared concurrently by multiple individuals.
- Billing is based on enabled Driver Seats, not on the number of reports, photos, jobs, or shifts completed.
SnapReport actively monitors account and usage signals reasonably necessary to enforce Driver Seat limits, protect account security, detect unauthorized or concurrent account sharing, and investigate suspected misuse or attempts to bypass plan limits. If SnapReport detects or reasonably suspects such activity, it may temporarily place the affected Driver Seat or Customer account on hold while an investigation is completed, request identity or account verification, restrict access during the investigation, and take further action permitted by the Terms.
4. Additional Driver Seats
Starter, Team, and Professional Customers may purchase approved additional Driver Seats for $8 per Driver Seat per month.
SnapReport will not intentionally add unapproved Driver Seat charges. An authorized Customer administrator must approve additional Driver Seats or a plan upgrade. When the next plan is less expensive than adding seats individually, SnapReport may recommend the lower-cost plan, but Customer remains responsible for approving the change.
5. Founding-customer offer
The first 20 eligible new business Customers approved for the founding-customer program may receive the following introductory rates:

The founding rate lasts for 12 consecutive months beginning on the first paid subscription date. After that period, the subscription converts to the then-current standard rate for the selected plan, with at least 30 days’ notice.
The founding offer:
- is limited to one Customer account per business organization;
- is non-transferable and has no cash value;
- may not be combined with another promotion unless SnapReport agrees in writing;
- ends if the Customer cancels, materially defaults on payment, abuses the offer, transfers the account, or materially breaches the Terms; and
- does not guarantee that a discontinued plan or feature will remain available.
6. Free trial
The standard trial is:
- 14 days;
- limited to five Driver Seats;
- available once per Customer unless SnapReport approves otherwise; and
- offered without requiring a credit card unless the signup page clearly states otherwise.
At the end of the trial, access may be suspended unless the Customer affirmatively selects a paid plan. Trial data may be deleted according to the Terms and Privacy Policy. There is no permanent free plan.
7. Setup, onboarding, and custom work
There is no setup fee for ordinary self-service activation of a standard plan.
SnapReport may separately quote fees for custom onboarding, data migration, custom forms, integrations, training, dedicated support, unusual storage requirements, or other professional services. No custom work is included unless stated in a written Order.
8. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
- Plan upgrades and additional Driver Seats may take effect immediately, with prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrades and Driver Seat reductions normally take effect at the next renewal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, and unused time is not prorated, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Late payment
Amounts more than 10 days overdue may result in suspension. SnapReport may suspend sooner for fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargebacks, repeated failed payments, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Interest and collection costs may apply as stated in the Terms.
10. Price changes
SnapReport may change standard prices, plan limits, or this Policy by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to the next renewal or billing period. A fixed-price signed Order controls for its stated term.
11. App Store and business sales
SnapReport is sold directly to business organizations for use by their employees, contractors, and other Authorized Users. The iOS application is intended to let enterprise users access a subscription previously purchased by their organization. Consumer, individual, or family subscriptions are not offered under this pricing structure.
